Winning Fungus on Mega Brutal may require MANY replays, but eventually, you'll get lucky and earn the achievement. Remember, there's always an element of randomness in Plague Inc.

Tip: Bird 1 and Bird 2 will give you a nice increase in infectivity without increasing severity.
